New Construction

New construction Chicago — 32 Build

Chicago's urban infill market demands a general contractor who understands both construction and the financial discipline that makes development projects work. At 32 Build, we've been delivering ground-up projects across Chicago neighborhoods since 2007.

We specialize in wood-frame multifamily buildings of 4–40 units, mixed-use buildings with ground-floor retail and residential above, and townhome developments on infill sites throughout Chicago. We manage every phase: pre-construction estimating, permit management with the Chicago Department of Buildings, trade coordination, schedule management, and final certificate of occupancy.

Our clients are developers and investors who need a GC that thinks about pro formas, not just blueprints. We have delivered projects in Pilsen, Bridgeport, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Lakeview, and throughout the city — consistently on schedule and within budget.
