A retail space has one date that matters: opening day. Inventory, staff, and marketing are all scheduled against it, so the buildout has to land on time and look right the first time customers walk in.
We build out new stores and refresh existing ones for retailers, landlords, and the brokers and designers working with them. Our crews self-perform the framing, drywall, display millwork, and paint, and we coordinate licensed MEP subcontractors for the lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Sales floors, fitting rooms, and checkout areas
- Storefront interiors and feature walls
- Display millwork, casework, and fixtures installation
- Stockrooms, offices, and staff areas
- Framing, drywall, ceilings, and soffits
- ADA restrooms and accessible paths of travel
- Licensed MEP subcontractors, coordinated and scheduled by us
- Interior painting and finishes
Walkthrough to Punch List
For retail, the walkthrough covers the landlord’s work letter, the brand’s fixture plan, and the opening date, so the bid and schedule are built around them from the start.
- 01
Walkthrough
We walk the space with you, the property manager, or the design team. We note existing conditions, building rules, access, and anything that affects schedule before we price it.
- 02
Bid
You get a written, line-item bid that shows what our own crews perform and what is subcontracted, with clear inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions.
- 03
Schedule
We build the schedule around your lease dates, tenant move-ins, and building hours, then hold it with our own crews instead of waiting on outside trades.
- 04
Punch List
We walk the finished work with you, close every punch item, and hand over the documentation the building and the tenant need.
Working Around Your
Tenants and Residents
In shopping centers and mixed-use buildings, we work to the landlord’s contractor rules, keep loud work outside trading hours, and keep neighboring tenants’ storefronts clean and open.
After-hours work
Noisy and disruptive work is scheduled for evenings, nights, or weekends when the building requires it.
COIs on request
Certificates of insurance naming the owner, manager, and any additional insureds the building requires — before we mobilize.
Building rules
We work to the building’s rules on freight elevators, loading docks, deliveries, work hours, and contractor sign-in.
Protecting common areas
Floor and wall protection along every path of travel, dust control at the work area, and clean common areas at the end of each shift.
Why Self-Performing
Matters
The parts of a store customers see — walls, millwork, display fixtures, and paint — are built by our own crews, so the finish matches the brand standard.
When the crew on site works for us, the schedule is ours to hold. We don't wait for an outside trade to fit us in, quality is checked by the same people who did the work, and you have one point of contact for the whole job instead of a chain of subcontractors.
Trades our own crews perform
- Framing & rough carpentry
- Drywall
- Finish carpentry
- Millwork
- Paint

FAQ
Yes. We review the work letter and tenant criteria before we bid, so the scope clearly separates landlord work from tenant work and follows the center’s contractor rules.
