Yes. We self-perform tile, hardwood floors, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, closets, stairs, and rough carpentry with our own crews — no hand-offs to unknown subs. This means tighter coordination, cleaner sequencing, and a single point of accountability.

We price per scope after a site visit or plan review. We don't use per-unit or square-foot guesses — we look at the actual conditions, material specifications, and access requirements before quoting. Written estimates with line-item breakdowns are provided before any work begins.

For large scopes — full-home flooring, multi-room tile, major carpentry packages — we typically need 3–6 weeks of lead time. Smaller jobs can often be fit in sooner. Contact us with your scope and timeline and we'll be honest about what we can accommodate.

Yes. We work on both renovation and new construction projects. For new construction, we prefer to be brought in at the framing stage so we can review plans, identify blocking requirements, and coordinate with the GC's schedule before rough work is closed in.

32 Build serves all of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We have the deepest concentration of work on the north, northwest, and west sides, but we take on projects citywide and in Chicagoland when the scope and relationship are right.
