Our Work

Every project on this page was delivered by our in-house team — no subcontractor handoffs on the work that matters. We self-perform finish carpentry, tile, flooring, drywall, and painting, and we manage all trades for full construction and gut rehab projects.

Our portfolio spans kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, basement finishing, living room updates, multifamily unit turns, historic home renovations, and ground-up single-family new construction — all in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Each project page includes the challenge we faced, the approach we took, a photo gallery, and the outcome — not just the finished photos. We show the context because that's what separates a well-run project from one that looks good in pictures but caused problems along the way.
