Townhome and HOA properties require association approval in addition to city permits. 32 Build handles both processes, coordinating with building management on the client's behalf. We submit the permit application, coordinate plan review, schedule all required inspections, and handle any correction notices from the building department. Clients don't need to interact with the permit office at all — that's our job.

Yes. 32 Build holds an active City of Chicago General Contractor license and is licensed to work throughout Chicago and Chicagoland. We carry a minimum of $1M general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every project. We can provide a certificate of insurance and proof of licensure before work begins — just ask when you reach out.
